“You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.”
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
I take the view that women are equal to men the same way Jesus is equal to God. Jesus is equal to God, because He submits Himself to the Father. Jesus’ authority is equal to the Father’s, because He submits Himself to the Father.
The Bible is an ancient book, and it has a very ancient view of gender relations. I have chosen to ignore modern, liberal idiocy when it comes to this question and get back to basics.
All human lives are equally valuable regardless of gender, race, intelligence, social utility or ability. Yet, hierarchies ought to exist between God, men, women and children. That is the conservative world order, which affirms the equal value of all human lives.
Hierarchical authority is not the same thing as individual, living worth. The fact that modernity equates the two is a symptom of our vast cultural illness. Liberals perpetuate the confusion by suggesting that differences in intelligence translate to a metaphysical difference in humanity. They become hysterical whenever sexual or racial differences are discovered in the sciences, which would only be extremely amusing if it weren’t destroying academia.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of women are not as equipped as men to make logical judgments or control their emotions. The sheer irony is that the liberal project to feminize men has succeeding in reversing these stereotypes, as female scientists prove themselves to be more objective and rational than the most intelligent “male” feminists.
Liberalism makes men and women androgynous. My view is that people should stick to their strengths, since it is virtually impossible to defy biological nature. I obviously don’t believe it is completely impossible to defy biology, but it will be an uphill battle filled with misery that rewards one with nothing, so why start it in the first place unless it is to obey God’s will?
